Nthodi, Motshile 

Born 1948-

Motshile is an Artist with SouthAfricanArtists.com based in South Africa.
He is the third eldest son of a family to ten.
Motshile wa Ntohodi worked at the Ecole National Superior des Beaux-Art, Paris. His work which exhibits the cultural traditions of the Ndebele, Shangan and Napadi Tribes of South Africa, as also been used as illustrations for books published in several countries including Holland and the US. Participated in ‘The International Visitor Program of the United States International Communication Agency’

His work 'Ndebele bronze rings" was chosen for the front cover of the June edition of 'Trends in Phraseology' London
Over 20 one-man & group exhibits in Europe and is held in public and private collection in Africa, Europe and the US, including “The Calabash” which was commissioned by Lufthansa Airlines. More than 80 exhibitions both abroad (Switzerland, England, France, Germany, Austria & in South Africa. Was given membership to New York Contemporary Art Museum
